Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order; once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order is being processed, providing that you enter a correct e-mail address. If there should be any delays or problems with your order we will inform you.

General
All sizes and measurements are approximate (see comments on the website). The reproduction of products and colour on our website is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow, and may also be viewed differently depending on the type of monitor used by you to view our website. If any part of these terms and conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This agreement is governed by English law. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Pricing and Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, at the current rate applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price.

Delivery
Providing goods are in stock at the point of order, we will despatch your goods within 7 working days. Should the ordered goods be out of stock or the item ordered be a non stock item, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery before signing the delivery paperwork. No claims with regard to damaged / incorrect items can be made after the driver has left the delivery address; unless signed for as damaged / incorrect on delivery.

We pride ourselves on offering a fast, efficient and specialised delivery service. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be calculated at the check-out. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses and UK shipping ports. A surcharge may apply to some parts of Scotland regardless of value. Please call us to prior to ordering should you live in any of the following post codes – Kirkwall (KW), Inverness (IV), Perth (PH) and Aberdeen (AB).

Returns Policy
At Cromwells Interiors we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we will offer you a full refund if you decide its not what you are looking for. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your item(s). To return your items, please send them to Returns Dept., Cromwells Interiors, 9 Bridge Street, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1AJ. Please enclose a copy of the delivery note with the goods. You will be responsible for any postage/delivery charges. All returned (non-faulty) goods must be in their original unopened packaging and in a condition that would enable us to sell the item to someone else, as new. Certain items are excluded from our returns policy; these include items of flooring that have been specifically cut to size, custom made items and items of furniture that have had additional features added. If you are unsure of whether the item(s) purchased are included in our 7 day return policy, please contact us before ordering.

Please note that we will fully refund all delivery costs we have already charged you. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods to us unless the goods are faulty. For your peace of mind and protection, when you return goods to us we suggest that you take out appropriate insurance.

Cancellation
Members of the European Union have a 7 day "cooling off period" in which time they may cancel their order. You have the right to cancel your order with Cromwells Interiors and to return your complete order within 7 working days of receipt for any reason. Goods must be returned at your expense, unopened and in their original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods and we therefore recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance to cover the cost of the goods. Once we have received the goods, we will refund all monies paid, providing the goods have not been damaged, opened or altered in any way. Certain items are excluded from our returns policy. These include items of flooring that have been specifically cut to size, custom made items and items of furniture that have had additional features added. If you are unsure of whether the item(s) purchased are included in our 7 day return policy, please contact us before ordering. We do not accept the return of part orders.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is as a result of our error. This must be arranged beforehand by email using the contact us page on our website, or calling 01386 552400. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
